CUSTOMER’S RIGHTS

You have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data (Article 15 GDPR or – if applicable – Art. 13 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR),
  • rectify your data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
  • delete your data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
  • process data restrictions (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • transfer data to another administrator (Art. 20 GDPR).

As well as the right to:

  • object, at any time, to the processing of your data:
    • for reasons related to your particular situation – with regard to processing your personal data, based on art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (i.e. on our legitimate interests) (Art. 21 paragraph 1 GDPR);

Handling your inquiries or notifications.

The contract or actions undertaken at your request to conclude (art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR) – if your inquiry or notification concerns a contract, to which we are or may be a party to our legitimate interest, consisting in processing of your data in order to communicate with you (art.6 par.1 lit.f GDPR) – if your inquiry or application is not related to the contract.

Duration?
For the duration of the contract that is binding on us or – if the contract is not concluded – until the claim is resolved- see point 4. *
Until the conclusion of the claim period – see point 4 – or until we will take into account your objection to processing your data. *
